AWAKENING FROM OUR ILLUSION OF SEPARATENESS: THE PRACTICE OF RELATIONAL AWARENESS
9/7 Saturday: 1:00-5:00 pm
Meditation, in Buddhism, is a tool to uncover the true
peace of our own inner awakened nature. It aims to
cultivate a relational awareness where the development of our own inner peace connects to a responsibility and altruism towards others. Through experiential learning and meditation, the workshop will explore the intersections of core Buddhist principles and our everyday lives, where integrative meditation practices meet the world around us.
